Start your return

To ship your online purchase back with our $8 return label, visit our returns portal here and follow these easy steps:

  1. Enter your order ID and postal code (or zip code) to retrieve your order information
  2. Choose the items you would like to return and provide the reason for the return
  3. After receiving your shipping label, pack up your item(s) and affix the label to the outside of the package. A return postage fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund.
    Save the handling fee! Choose a store credit (in the form of a gift card) instead of a refund and we will cover the handling fee.
  4. Drop off your package at a Canada Post location (USPS for our US customers) near you.

Be sure to have your package postmarked and mailed within 14 days of receiving your shipping label. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 7-10 business days. As soon as your return is complete, you'll receive an email confirmation.

Please note that all sale orders will be required to pay the return postage fee

Holiday Return Policy

Shop early without a worry! Purchase made between November 15 and December 20, 2023 can be returned until January 5, 2024. Valid on all items excluding those labelled 'final sale'. All other conditions of our Return Policy apply.

Sale Merchandise

All items purchased at 50% off during the Black Friday sale are eligible for return for store credit/ gift card only.

All items purchased at 70% off during the Black Friday sale are final sale and cannot be returned.

All Boxing Day purchases are final sale and cannot be returned.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

We are not able to offer exchanges. If you prefer a different size or color of an item please place a separate order.

Black Friday Return Policy

Return Portal Tips

  • Be sure to mail your return within 14 days of receiving your shipping label
  • Returns can only be processed for requests placed within 30 days of the shipping date
  • Once the return has been received by the warehouse it will take 10-14 business days to inspect and process your refund. As soon as your refund/ gift card is completed you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Do not include the WC or WU in your order number. It should only be 5 digits
  • Shipping from the US? Select the QR code option and skip printing a shipping label
  • Want to purchase something else? Save the handling fee and select a gift card option instead of a refund

Return Policy

Sale Merchandise

Items marked at 30% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund and store credit. For any sale promotions that allow for return for store credit, the return shipping label fee will be applied.

Regular Priced Merchandise

Items returned within 30 days of the shipment date will receive a full refund to the original method of payment. After 30 days we will not accept returns.

Shipping charges are non-refundable

"Gift with Purchase" items are eligible for return; both the purchased product and free gift items must be returned in order to receive a full refund.

Afterpay Refunds

If you paid via Afterpay, the refund confirmation notifies the payment company of the refund. Your payment plan with Afterpay will be updated and they will send an email detailing exactly what has changed.

Retailer Purchases

All items purchased from one of our retailer partners must be returned to the store. We cannot issue refunds, replacements or exchanges for items not purchased from www.gentlefawn.ca
