Shop early without a worry! Purchase made between October 24 and December 24, 2021 can be returned until January 7, 2022. Valid on all items except
Final Sale items. All other conditions of our Return Policy apply.

Sale Merchandise

All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange.

Regular Priced Merchandise
Items returned within 30 days of the shipment date will receive a full refund to the original method of payment. After 30 days, we will not accept returns.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

We are not able to offer exchanges. If you prefer a different size or colour of an item please place a separate order

"Gift with Purchase" items are eligible for return; both the purchased product and free gift items must both be returned in order to receive a full refund.

All items purchased from one of our retailer partners must be returned to the store. We cannot issue refunds, replacements or exchanges for items not purchased from

To ship your online purchase back with our $8 return label, visit our returns page here and follow these easy steps:

  1. Enter your order ID and shipping postal code to retrieve your order information *please note postal code formatting must match your order confirmation
  2. Choose the items you would like to return and provide the reason for the return
  3. After receiving your shipping label, pack up your item(s) and affix the label to the outside of the package. A return postage fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Drop off your package at a Canada Post location near you.

  5. Be sure to have your package postmarked and mailed within 14 days of receiving your shipping label. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days. As soon as your return is complete, you'll receive an email confirmation.

If you paid via Sezzle, the refund confirmation notifies Sezzle of the refund. Your payment plan with Sezzle will be updated and they will send an emailing detailing exactly what has changed. For more information please visit Sezzle's help page
